Shopping Centre Management
We are managers of two most successful shopping centres in Finland – Sello and Jumbo. Our shopping centre team is also supporting the management of shopping centres Skanssi and Entresse, owned by CapMan Real Estate. In addition we are setting up the management for two new shopping centres – Karisma, Lahti, Willa, Hyvinkää (opening 2012) and Veturi, Kouvola (opening 2012). Realprojekti has developed monitoring and reporting systems for the needs of shopping centre management and property owners.
The members of the commercial team and shopping centre management team have been involved in numerous shopping centres, such as Iso Omena, Myyrmanni, Lippulaiva, Entresse, Skanssi, Ruoholahti, Columbus, Malmin Nova, Pasaati ja Akseli.
