Shopping Centre Akseli chosen as the Shopping Centre of the Year
Shopping centre Akseli in Mikkeli, which is managed by Realprojekti, has been chosen as the shopping centre of the year in 2010. The first 3 months in opeartaion has been successful and its role as vitalising the city has been notable.
Earlier, in Mikkeli, there has been shortage of modern premises, which the new centre now offers. Additionally the historical structures have been connected into the modern centre in an excellent manner.
The competition was organised by Finnish council of shopping centers.
