Shopping Center Skanssi was opened in 17 April 2009
Kauppakeskus Skanssi was opened in 17 April 2009. The opening was a result of numerous contracts, years of work and lots of energy. The goal of the project was to build a new type of gardern city, which heart is the shopping center. The first phase is now ready for use and is a base for nearly 100 shops. In opening weekend 111,000 people visited in Skanssi. During the construction phase Realprojekti was responsible for construction contracting, leasing and commercial planning, and continues now as a shopping center manager. Owner of the center is CapMan RE II Ky.17.4.2009
