Shopping Center Project in Hyvinkää Proceeds
Shopping center project in Hyvinkää has proceeded to building permit phase. All zoning appeals have been rejected and construction work will start in 2010. Opening of the center will be in 2012.
The project consists of three parts, two hypermarkets (Prisma & K-citymarket) and a shopping center between them. The center has several restaurants, shops for clothing, entertainment, leisure, healh and beauty. The parts are connected to each other and the center has altogether 1,600 parking places.Project manager Juhani Erke says that the project has awaken lots of interest. "Currently we are negotiating leasing contracts with anchor tenants".
